We are honored to welcome back to Bali the visionary chefs Shun Sato (Founder & Head Chef of CENSU Hong Kong & Tokyo) and Fumiyuki Kinsu (Owner & Chef of CENSU Tokyo) unite for an exclusive CENSU Takeover at Yuki Canggu & Uluwatu
From Tokyo to Hong Kong and beyond, both chefs have forged their own distinct paths, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation. Shun Sato, renowned for his wabi-sabi philosophy and ever-evolving approach to Japanese cuisine, brings a bold fusion of flavours and global influences. Fumiyuki Kinsu, whose foundations lie in Michelin-starred French kitchens, showcases a refined, technique-driven style that honours his Japanese roots.
In collaboration with Yuki's Executive Chef Yudha Permana, this trio will craft a one-of-a-kind dining experience that pushes the boundaries of Japanese cuisine - melding artistry, technique, and storytelling into every dish.
